  • The fund utilizes a traditional structure with a Preferred Return and distribution waterfall. Once capital is deployed and CapEx is completed, investors receive monthly distributions during the hold period, with additional proceeds distributed at sale, refinance, or buyout. Cost‑segregation studies are performed to optimize investor tax benefits.
